We operate a nationwide delivery service and work with external companies to ensure that all our deliveries are competitively priced, fast and reliable. All deliveries are chargeable and are based on the weight of your order. Once an order has been placed we aim to dispatch within seven working days (with the exception of bespoke orders and orders from our container pre-order service).

Most deliveries are between the hours of 8.00 am and 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday, except Bank Holidays. An additional charge will be made for a specific morning, afternoon or timed delivery.

Most orders are packed in either wooden crates or pallets which will be delivered on a large lorry so it is important that any restricted access details are advised prior to your order being placed. Unless specifically arranged, deliveries are made on a pallet network system and will be delivered with a tail lift facility. The consignment will be placed, at the driver’s discretion, to the nearest safest point to the property. Please note that this may be on the drive or at the kerbside. Equipment on-board a pallet network vehicle will not be able to off load onto a gravel surfaces. Specifically, delivery drivers cannot help handle the goods, so it is essential for you to arrange for somebody to be present.

Whilst all our products will leave us checked and in perfect condition, goods may suffer in transport. All orders must therefore be checked on delivery and any damage or other discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note and reported within the specified time period (see our Terms and Conditions of Sale). If the delivery driver cannot or will not wait, then please mark as ‘un-checked due to lack of driver time’ on the delivery note.


Due to the variation which occurs with natural stone, we operate a non-return policy. It should be noted that any surplus tiles are worth keeping as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be utilised should any damage occur after the tiles have been installed.
